Bry aka "pop" was a good family friend to me, my mother and my late father, we would get into deep conversations into history, theology, politics, outer space. Current events, among others...

One of my most memorable memories of Bry, was a Wilmington Blue Rock's baseball game. (With Brian, his son John, my father & both of my grandfathers) Bry & myself left the group out our sets to raid the concession stand, while in line we over hear a lady at the next booth getting a birthday announced on the big screen, we both look at each other n chuckle, Bry says "let's prank your dad" so we set it all up , n go back to our sits, waiting for the 7th inning, they started calling out the birthday wishes, n then my dad's name pops up so Brian and I start hooting n hailing, then John n my pop pops join in lol then the whole section we were in jions in lol my dad's face was so red lol the funniest part the park put up the birthday wishes a good 4 or 5 times n Everytime the whole section would erupt lol fun times

Rest easy Bry I'm sure my dad n my pop pop, among others meet you at the gates,

When someone we love falls asleep in death, we treasure the memories we have of them. May those cherished memories of Brian's life be lived!
May God's promise bring us all great measures of peace and comfort during these most difficult times. Brian, "as he liked to be called, was one-of-a-kind" he was extremely intelligent, for the most part Brian had a huge sense of humor, humor, that at times, made him look silly, but for sure, it always made me laugh! He was a plumber by trade, but his intelligence and skills went beyond just plumbing work, he could build and or, fix anything. He was a craftsman, but he also had a Wandering-Mind.
Brian loved; cooking, gardening, tree planting, feeding birds, and he was really good at it! Yet, one of Brian's greatest quality, is he made the best nurse one could ever ask for! As a caregiver Brian simply gave all he had watching over his loved ones if sickness was present!

My deepest sympathies to Brian’s children and parents!

With Much Love and Appreciation of the 10-Years Brian and I Shared
Teresa Faria
